Where do I pick up the board?
Pickup is at Avenida Balboa, Panama City. You can reserve by WhatsApp and confirm your dates before arrival.
Can I rent a board for a weekend trip?
Yes. Daily, weekend and weekly rentals are available depending on board availability.
Can you help me choose a beach?
Yes. Use the beach selector or message us on WhatsApp and we can recommend a beach and board based on your level.
Reservations & terms

Before you pay, youâll accept the rental terms and return conditions.
Exact-date booking
Choose your rental date and duration: full day, weekend or week. One unit per board.
Payment
Full rental paid once availability is confirmed. A card hold or deposit may be required at pickup.
Your equipment
Youâre responsible for the board during the rental and return it in the same condition. Repairable damage: up to 20% of board value. Lost, stolen or unrepairable: up to 80%.
Your safety
Ocean and surf carry inherent risk. PSR isnât liable for personal accidents or injuries outside the equipment rental.
Cancellations
48+ hrs before pickup: full refund. 24â48 hrs: reschedule or rental credit. Under 24 hrs or no-show: non-refundable.
Weather
If conditions are unsafe, weâll reschedule, credit or refund at our discretion.
